1. PromoterThe promoter is ConnectFirst™, ABN [92 691 233 119](the Promoter).2. Promotion periodThe promotion opens on 11 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.3. EligibilityEntry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.To be eligible, an entrant must:a. be a paid ConnectFirst™ Member at the time of entry;b. have completed at least one ConnectFirst™ online course, live training session or professional supervision session before the promotion closes;c. submit a video that meets the entry requirements contained in these Terms and Conditions; andd. provide their full name and current contact details.Employees, contractors directly involved in administering the promotion and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.ConnectFirst™ may verify an entrant’s membership, course participation, training attendance or supervision history before confirming their eligibility.4. How to enterEligible entrants must submit a video of approximately 30 seconds explaining:“What do you love about ConnectFirst™ training or supervision with Meg Hughes, and what have you found most beneficial?”The video must be emailed to [support@connectfirst.com.au](mailto:support@connectfirst.com.au) before the promotion closes. The email must include the entrant’s full name and contact details.Only one entry per person will be accepted.There is no additional entry fee. Entrants remain responsible for any ordinary costs associated with their ConnectFirst™ membership, course, training or supervision and for any costs involved in recording or submitting their video.5. Video requirementsEach video must:a. feature the entrant speaking about their own genuine experience;b. be approximately 30 seconds in duration;c. be clear enough to view and hear;d. relate directly to ConnectFirst™ training, courses or professional supervision with Meg Hughes;e. contain information that is honest and accurate;f. not identify or disclose information about participants, clients, children, families, employers or other third parties;g. not contain confidential, clinical, identifying or sensitive information;h. not contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, misleading or otherwise inappropriate content; andi. not infringe another person’s privacy, copyright or other legal rights.Videos do not need to be professionally recorded.ConnectFirst™ reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose video is inappropriate, does not meet these requirements, contains confidential or identifying information, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.ConnectFirst™ may request that an entrant edit, replace or resubmit a video before the closing date. ConnectFirst™ is not required to accept a replacement entry after the promotion has closed.6. Selection of the winnerThis is a game of skill. The winner will not be selected randomly.Eligible entries will be assessed by ConnectFirst™ based on:a. the authenticity and relevance of the testimonial;b. how clearly the entrant describes the benefits of ConnectFirst™ training or supervision;c. the entrant’s ability to communicate their experience clearly; andd. the overall suitability of the video for the purpose of the promotion.The decision of ConnectFirst™ will be final, subject to applicable law.The winner will be announced live on the ConnectFirst™ Facebook page at approximately 3:00 pm AEST on Thursday, 1 October 2026.7. PrizeOne eligible entrant will receive the ConnectFirst™ Golden Ticket, consisting of:a. complimentary access to ConnectFirst™ live events and training delivered by ConnectFirst™ for 12 months;b. complimentary access to ConnectFirst™ online courses released or available during the 12-month prize period; andc. five hours of individual professional supervision with Meg Hughes.The total maximum retail value of the prize is [INSERT TOTAL PRIZE VALUE, INCLUDING GST].The 12-month prize period will run from 1 October 2026 until 30 September 2027.8. Prize conditionsLive events, training, courses and supervision remain subject to scheduling, availability, capacity limits, suitability requirements and any professional or participation requirements applying to the particular service.The prize only applies to events, courses and training owned and delivered by ConnectFirst™. It does not include independently operated events, external conferences, third-party courses, formal qualifications, accreditation fees or services delivered by another provider unless ConnectFirst™ confirms otherwise in writing.Travel, accommodation, meals, technology, internet access and other expenses associated with participating in training or events are not included.Professional supervision must be booked through the usual ConnectFirst™ booking process and is subject to Meg Hughes’ availability. The five supervision hours may be used across multiple appointments but must be used before 30 September 2027. Unused hours will expire after this date.The prize is personal to the winner. It cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be deducted from the supervision allocation in accordance with the ConnectFirst™ cancellation policy.If part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide a reasonably equivalent substitute of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.9. Winner notification and acceptanceThe winner will be contacted using the email address or contact details provided with their entry.The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within seven days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not accept the prize within this period or is later found to be ineligible, ConnectFirst™ may award the prize to the next highest-rated eligible entrant.Before awarding the prize, ConnectFirst™ may request reasonable evidence of the winner’s identity, age, Australian residency, membership and completion of an eligible ConnectFirst™ service.10. Permission to use submitted videosBy entering, each entrant confirms that they own the submitted video and have the authority to give ConnectFirst™ permission to use it.Entrants grant ConnectFirst™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, caption, publish and share the submitted video, together with the entrant’s first name and professional role if supplied, on the ConnectFirst™ website, social-media pages, promotional materials and digital advertising.Any editing will not intentionally misrepresent the entrant’s experience or views.Submitting a video does not guarantee that it will be published. ConnectFirst™ reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to decide which videos are suitable for publication. ConnectFirst™ may choose not to publish a video even if the entrant is eligible or selected as the winner.ConnectFirst™ is under no obligation to provide a reason for deciding not to publish a video, except where required by law. A decision not to publish an entry does not automatically mean that the entrant has won or lost the promotion.Entrants will not receive a fee, royalty or other payment for the authorised use of their video.11. PrivacyConnectFirst™ will collect entrants’ names, contact details, membership information and videos to administer the promotion, assess entries, contact the winner and undertake the publicity described in these Terms and Conditions.Personal information will be handled in accordance with the ConnectFirst™ Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.Entrants must not include participant information, client information, health information or other confidential information in their videos.12. DisqualificationConnectFirst™ may disqualify an entry if the entrant:a. does not satisfy the eligibility or entry requirements;b. submits false, misleading or incomplete information;c. submits an inappropriate, offensive, unlawful or unsuitable video;d. includes confidential, sensitive or identifying information about another person;e. infringes another person’s rights;f. attempts to interfere with the promotion or selection process;g. cancels or receives a refund for the membership, course, training or supervision used to establish eligibility; orh. otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.Any decision to disqualify an entry will be made reasonably and in good faith.13. Facebook disclaimerThis promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta.Entrants release Facebook and Meta from claims arising from or connected with this promotion to the extent permitted by law. Entrants provide their information to ConnectFirst™, not to Facebook or Meta.14. Limitation of liabilityNothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.To the extent permitted by law, ConnectFirst™ is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete or unable to be opened due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.15. Changes or cancellationIf the promotion cannot proceed as planned because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, ConnectFirst™ may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law and any regulatory requirements.Any material change will be communicated through the ConnectFirst™ Facebook page or website.16. Acceptance of the termsBy submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
