About
Community of Practice Reflection Reflection is an important part of ongoing professional development and is a key component of evidence-informed practice. Taking time to reflect helps us strengthen our clinical reasoning, explore different perspectives, build confidence, and continually improve the quality of support we provide. This reflection template has been designed to complement today's Community of Practice. It provides an opportunity to consider the key concepts discussed, reflect on your current practice, identify new learning, and think about how you will apply this knowledge in your own work. Reflection is not about finding the "right" answers or judging your practice. It is about remaining curious, recognising opportunities for growth, and continually developing as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. Once you have completed your reflection, you will receive a **Certificate of Attendance** for the Community of Practice, which can be used as evidence of your continuing professional development (CPD).
