We believe
behaviour is communication

Are you ready to begin your journey into Positive Behaviour Support with practical training, personalised supervision and clear guidance?
The ConnectFirst™ Six-Week BSP Summer Intensive is designed for people seeking to enter the Positive Behaviour Support sector as a Core Practitioner or explore the Alternative Assessment Pathway. It is also suitable for new practitioners who want structured support to develop their knowledge, practice skills and capability portfolio.
Across six focused teaching weeks, you will work through the Positive Behaviour Support process, including referrals, engagement, assessment, formulation, behaviour support planning, implementation, reporting and review. Your weekly coursework will help you apply your learning and begin developing evidence that may contribute to your practitioner portfolio.
This is more than an online course. You will receive individual guidance each week, alongside the opportunity to learn with other aspiring and developing practitioners. By the end of the intensive, you will have greater confidence, practical knowledge, developing portfolio evidence and a clearer understanding of the pathway ahead.
Places will be limited so each participant receives meaningful and personalised supervision.
Practitioner suitability is determined by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Completion of this program does not guarantee suitability or endorsement, but it can support your preparation, professional development and portfolio evidence for the appropriate pathway. Learn about the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
